The new plugins are definitely faster, though not in all cases.

The P4 integration has some major issues around how it works with P4 workspaces that have content outside of IDEA module and/or project directories.A colleague of mine has reported similar problems...

I just saw this when reopening a project I had closed a few minutes earlier. I checked the log, and there are no exceptions in there.I will clean my cache out and watch for it again.
