I've been using 813 every day too and it's definitely a beta so yes you need to restart it a couple of times a day but overall it's stable enough to get the job done.

Yes works fine for servlets, just start tomcat with catalina.sh jpda run (or start) and then attach to the port. Hotswap works fine. Haven't been able to get Remote to work nicely with JSPs though....

Have to agree with Jacques, the pace and involvement of the Intellij team during Ariadne was the reason I worked through the betas before convinving my entire department to make the switch to Intel...
