OK; solved, ... gave the user 775 to root folder of the system. Never had such a problem. THX for assistence.

Hi, yes, my working user is "dml" and it should never get access to root without sudo. I never had this kind of trouble before. PhpStorm tries to allocate the root folder. / which it should neve...
