    on further investigation I think the error is because RubyMine thinks git is not installed.   But it is - it is in my path in env vars and I can run git from cmd. It is also set up correctly under ...

    OK - if git is installed under a path containing a space, bundler can't find it. http://stackoverflow.com/questions/29986289/git-problems-git-not-installed
