Problem solved. Unofficial maven-server.jar were used

2. IntelliJ IDEA Users
3. Error "'void org.jetbrains.idea.maven.server.LongRunningTaskInput.<init>(java.lang.String, com.intellij.platform.diagnostic.telemetry.rt.context.TelemetryContext)'" after reload all maven projects
