Glad it's working for you. Oddly mine still does not let me edit the library list inside IntelliJ. I have to edit the file by hand. Running the latest version.

@formatter:off does not work with or without a space. Using Ctrl-Alt-L to Reformat Code formats everything whether there are markers or not. And yes, it's enabled in Settings, Code Style, Formatter...
