Yes, it was the server settings . CATALINA_OPTS="-agentlib:jdwp=transport=dt_socket,address=8000,server=y,suspend=n" I had to remove this from the setenv.bat. Debugger has these options set already...

Tried with different projects, still it doesn't stop at breakpoints. This is the debug configuration.
