Seems the status of the files shown as Ignored. Make sure they are not added to Settings - Version Control - Ignored Files list.

Sorry, it is not Cmd+Enter, it is Ctrl+Enter. I'll edit the initial post. Should be Cmd+Enter on Mac, though - see https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-18213 No, it can't be reconfigured.
