Thanks, Tatiana. I've found the root cause, that the system default shell was changed back to bash when I upgrade to macOS 10.13. After I reset it, all works well.

Same issue for me for the 2017.2 release. 5 files encoding in project.pbxproj are always be changed from 4 to 1:   I cannot use Appcode for this issue because it always triggle the version control ...
