The name of the file from your location was ‘idea-253.17525.95.tar.gz’but when unpacked there is a folder inside named idea-IU-253.17525.95,what looks like an UE.

BTW:I always downloaded EAP versions of the CE from that location,and i never was asked for accounts or logins.
