Hi! Are those modules configured as dependencies within sbt? Then they should also be automatically marked as dependency when importing.

That sounds strange. Can you check what sources are supposed to be used in the Project Structure menu for any of the dependencies in question:

Hello, does this issue persist over restarts of IDEA? Can you check in your <home>/.sbt/0.13/plugins/ or <home>/.sbt/1.0/plugins/ if there is a file idea.sbt and what are its contents?
