After many project refreshes it appears the plugin now downloads fast and maven indices now update fast aswell... Weird, if it happens again I'll be sure to get a log for you guys.

Directly downloading a plugin from the plugin page (through my firefox webbrowser) downloads at about 12.2 MB/s finishing in a matter of seconds, so there's nothing wrong over there.

I have only ever downloaded the Kotlin plugin, but I did notice that the updating of maven indices is also very slow for me, but I don't know if that is common.

I'm not using any Antivirus nor Firewalls nor Proxies. However, I believe windows 10 has a built in anti-virus? So I guess I run that.
