Matan you need to have the View | Scientific Mode enabled for that. Note that we'll soon deprecate it and the “run” buttons will be showed next to “#%%” by default.

Not with the current settings I'm afraid. There may be a 3rd party plugin that can help achieve that.All the python specific code style settings are under Settings | Editor | Code Style | Python
