Hi, I use macOS Mojave, Version 10.14.6 (18G95).Can't this "feature" be turned off from some menu?

Not to my knowledge.But as you can see in the video, every time I do cmd+z it asks "Undo Reload From DisK?". Maybe that undo does automatic save?
