Column selection mode shortcut instead of mouse

Olga Kuvardina Meanwhile, my IDE has automatically updated to 2019.2.4, and now it is ok.

I have 2019.2 version, and it does not remember. I've also added the vendor directory to excluded but does not matter. Default is always the Directory, not the Scope.
