Intellij 2020 and Windows 10:File > Edit Custom Properties... > keymap.windows.as.meta=true Probably, this can be added to any .properties file. :)

And yet, what is Meta key for Windows in JetBrains products? Google says it should be Windows key, but shortcuts doesn't work using Windows as Meta key. Could someone explain why, please?
