Also on Ventura, 13.1 every now and then my screen flashes when typing. its so strong that i startle. like someone shot a photo. And my CPU runs very hot whenever I use WebStorm. I have the i9 Proc...

Having the same issue on the newest version. Cannot use the software at all, but luckily I am still on validation. I also have Android Studio installed. There it works fine.
