AI keeps adding files to the context even with codebase: off

AI keeps adding random files to the context even though I have set codebase: offHow to disable this behavior?It's also very slow and a waste of quota.

I'm having the opposite problem it keeps adding random files to the context even though I have set codebase: offI guess I will open another bug tracker for that

This drives me cRaZy!! Why are Project Settings so hard (sometimes impossible!) to find nowadays?? I'm sure I've spend hours searching for jetbrains Project Settings in the last few months.
