As described in the linked post from @Andriy Bazanov, rolling back to v2019.1.3 is working. This can be done easlily using "Toolbox". You can select to install an older version there.

PHPStorm 2019.2 - After Commit / Upload Files to "Local or mounted folder" not working anymore

I updated to PHPStorm 2019.2 today and the After Commit / Upload Files to "Local or mounted folder" function is not working anymore. I get the message "No Files or folders found to process". Debug ...

Thank you for that reference, didnt find this one. Disabling "Focus application on breakpoint" as suggested in this post fixes the bug for the moment.

Adjust PhpStorm desktop icon behaviour

I am using the latest Version (2018.2.5) of PhpStorm and got Windows 10 pro x64 installed. In earlier versions of PhpStorm the desktop icon was flashing when i was debugging with the remote debugge...

So i just had the problem again and it seems that removing the watches fixes it. I will keep an eye on this and post an update if the error occures again and removing the watches doesn't fix it.
