    Turn Pycharm type eliding off

    Cannot find the option to stop Pycharm from eliding my type hints I can turn them on one at a time.  ugh. I want them to look like this:

    Did pycharm inspections change in 2022.3

    Seems like these inspections are not working anymore and nowhere to turn them back on?   Blank line at  end of file 2 blank lines between imports and class start 2 blank lines between classes and ...
