Locally it's empty, I am editing the file remotely.But my question is how can I download for example that index.php file and keep the whole tree folder structure with it locally?

That worked! I believe its a setting somewhere then. Any idea what could it be? Do I have to discard all my settings/keymaps etc..? Is there a way in-between?
