Is there a way to resize the line numbers? The above only changes the color and the "Bold" option doesn't seem to be selectable (I'm using Darcula in IntelliJ Ultimate 19.2.1

In Intellij 2018 it is File | Settings | Appearance & Behavior | System Settings. In System Settings you'll see a radio button for "Open project in new window"
