At least in this case, IntelliJ didn't check for compatibility anymore because the plugin was disabled. That's why the plugin updates didn't matter. Once I enabled the plugin and restarted IntelliJ...

How do you want me to "share [...] content of plugins folder"? An "ls -hal" there doesn't show the version of the Snyk plugin.
