If anybody finds that same issue: Still happens on IntelliJ 2021.1. There I don't have preferences for every JetBrains JDK after 11.0.10+9-b1379.1. I think the newer JDKs did work at some point but...

In case somebody finds this: It still happens today. I can make the cursor disappear with [Option]-[Return] on my Mac. I updated https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/v2/issue/IDEA-183971 as well.

There were other lambda errors with JDK 15: IntelliJ couldn't infer the class of at least some lambda parameters anymore. It then marked the methods I called on these lambda parameters as unknown. ...

IntelliJ uses the Dart SDK that comes with Flutter 1.22.5 (the current production release). The Dart SDK version is 2.10.4.
