Same Duke Icon on Linux Mint 19.2 Tina - fixed by removing ~/.IntelliJIdea2019.2/ and then configure all IDE settings manually

1. Community
2. IntelliJ IDEA Users
3. IntelliJ application bar icon is "Duke" instead of its own, but second window has the correct one
