Just disabled all of them (as well as some of the bundled). Restarted the IDE, and encountered the same behavior - long and painful re-indexing.

Thank you! Typical RTFM situation :) In this case it seems that phpstorm doesn't check the closing brace at all. Otherwise this: {} @see Someclass::someMethodOrProp wouldn't work.
