Is there a YouTrack issue for this?I'm sad that this feature exists but doesn't work.... and it's been 1.5+ years later

I just ran into this after upgrading to 2021.01. If there is an issue for this, can someone post the link? I'm wondering if there is setting that changed defaults or something? I much prefer ctrl+c...

For me, pressing Esc works as expected: closing the context menu. Maybe try it in a fresh project with default settings?
