I think it is different, because it was all the settings (not only the theme). I've noticed I don't have `~/.IntelliJIdea2019.3` on disk (nor `.IntelliJIdea2019.2`, but only like 4 earlier versions...

Same for me, it started with 2019.2 I think and persists on 2019.3. I have it installed via toolbox and I'm on ubuntu 19.10.
