You can try removing .idea folder from the project in question (while IDE is closed) and reopening it in RubyMinem.This is the method provided by Olga Kuvardina

yes, Fold selection/Remove region is working. but ⌘ . shortcut should be view local values. https://www.jetbrains.com/help/ruby/2022.2/internationalization-and-localization-support.html#view_local...
