If 2.7 debugging is not supported yet that is fine. I would not have reported it except it was not clear to me from that the state of 2.7 support was not there yet. Maybe that should be called out ...

2019.3.2.preview on Windows 10 x64 with Ruby 2.7.0, tried on two different machines, same error. Works fine with Ruby 2.6.5. Rolling back to 2019.3.1 does not change failure.
