PyCharm was not correctly loading the files from disk, as I explained in another issue I opened here. I invalided the IDE cache and restarted. Now I have the same problem! PyCharm is stuck at start...

In general I always have issues with pycharm getting stuck or using high CPU when using remote interpreters.
