Mouamle Hasan - yep I had to do the same. It is a project specific setting (makes sense). I filed a Bug: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-274741

Still the same Problem with "2021.2.1 (Ultimate Edition) Build #IU-212.5080.55, built on August 24, 2021".

Also found https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-266750 which seems to be already included in 2021.2 and only affect maven 3.8.1+ though.. and still it happened for me for the first time with 2...
