I have tried to choose another IDE version and this solve my problem

# find /|grep selinux /usr/lib/dracut/modules.d/98selinux /usr/lib/dracut/modules.d/98selinux/module-setup.sh /usr/lib/dracut/modules.d/98selinux/selinux-loadpolicy.sh no libselinux.so.1 :(
