Thank you! The problem solved. As I figured out - it was some kind of a clash. Previously, I tried to install Idea with JetBrains Toolbox. Something went wrong and later I installed Idea with Ubunt...

Uploaded the whole log: idea-plugin-marketplace-amoiseev.log I don't see any errors either, but don't see any plugins in marketplace as well.
