+1 struggling for this.For me it is one more reason to trow that mac away.

Ended with adding own shortcut (command+click) for this:Preferences > Keymap > Main Menu > Navigate > Go to Declaration or Usages - add your own shortcut

@SdebalchukBetterTouchTool doesnt work with touchpad
