After the update to IntelliJ IDEA 2023.2.2 (Ultimate Edition) the keymap is fine. IntelliJ IDEA 2020.2.4 (Ultimate Edition) is not working on macOS Sonoma for me.

When searching for a shortcut (by using Find Shortcut) and using command + c command + v command + <any key> … is alwayscommand^shown. See screenshot.
