PhpStorm 2020.3 not catching break points [XDebug 2.9.3] - SOLVED

Seems like with latest changes regarding XDebug (support for 3.0), PhpStorm 2020.3 is not catching anymore break points. I do see that connection gets established in Debugger, but none of the point...
