I had the same issue and updating the plugins solved it. (I have the Symfony one, too.)Thanks for the hint.

Unfortunately it is not fixed for me (PHP CS Fixer 2.18.3 Remote Void and PhpStorm 2020.3.3 Build #PS-203.7717.64, built on March 16, 2021). I commented on the issue WI-57686.
