Same problem after years of usage occured to me. What helps was open PyCharm as a root from opt/pycharm-ver/bin/pycharm.sh

Ok, it was that. After omitting proxy (bridge) it works.

Containers are locally, from images on my VM. Why proxy could be a problem here?

I'm in debian VM on Windows. Docker is inside VM. PyCharm connect with Docker, finds it images, but I can't set the interpreter. Yes, I use proxy, it's company requirement. I also wasn't able to lo...
