oh by the way i am using PyCharm 2025.2.0.1, and still have the problem on PyCharm Community Edition 2022.1.3

hi Ervis Velika,yes i have tried to do a cache invalidation File, and it didn't solve the problem.and this affects both my existing projects and new projects, but it only affects standard libs not ...
