I decided to remove the new user and remake it from scratch and now the app is working as intended. My guess is that some permissions weren't activated properly when it was created.

I have Pycharm installed on my main/personal profile/user on Windows 10. Recently, I've made a new profile/user on my pc for my work. All my applications work without the need to reinstall them but...
