Thanks! i copied the xml file to cmake-build-debug and it works. I thought that somehow the xml definitions were being encoded into the executable... Again, thanks!

It not that it's not working, it's how i have to setup new projects now. in version 2021 i would just create the project, and i ended with a main class inside of a package and press Shift+f10 to ru...
