There may be some unknown issues when building with clion's inside cmake tool

3. Cannot import included .h / .hpp files properly.

maybe you can set cmake options to :  -DCATKIN_DEVEL_PREFIX:PATH=/home/user/Desktop/dev_WS/devel Set up a separate build directory , Instead of using the default directory "cmake-build-debug"
