I had the same problem again (see my comment above) but this time i already had python3-pip installed, so that wasn't the issue To solve it this time i created a virtual env myself pip3 install vir...

I got the "failed to create interpreter" problem today after installing Ubuntu 22.04, and i managed to solve it by installing pip: sudo apt install python3-pip
