Thanks, yes. But I would think Glassfish would provide JSF and CDI, yet one has to select the Weld and Mojarra implementations, I believe.

Interesting. I had this same problem. I figured out that in the new project dialog, one should not select the Eclipse Jersey Server in the Implementations section. If so, then this error follows on...
