Disabling "Auto-save edited files to trigger the watcher" has fixed it, thank you!

Hi Andrey, thanks for the response. I tried setting "Save files if the IDE is idle for 15 seconds", but it still saves and runs the file watcher within a second of any change that I make to the file.
