Sure, there are various ways to work around that issue - I totally agree. All I'm trying to establish here is whether this is a bug or not well-documented feature ;)

The problem for me was that PhpStor was detecting the wrong IP of my IDE. So I changed it in xdebug.ini and disabled passing parameters to CLI. And then it doesn't work anymore because the default ...
