Are there any REST APIs to perform user centric activities? Like an API, when hit upon, gives all the details of an user and his subscription plans (if any) and his billing information.

Are there specific IntelliJ IDEA APIs to to do access management in the ULTIMATE edition?

A user must be able to get information about users, add/remove them, update the user info by using API alone.
