Hi, It's because there is no CDN for these maven repos in China. Instead, you can try another way, using the localPath property, this way there will be no need to download a big IDEA package again....

Personally, I think Watt Toolkit is more stable at most times.

Hi, it's possible to only load your plugins in your user account, I assume your CLion is under /Applications, then you can create your own plugin directory and edit your CLion's VM parameters by me...
