There are MANY things that are no longer working. Now when I do Ctrl-N (Open File) it is not finding any of my files. I have to use Shift-Shift for find all. Something is very off here

Update, the server DOES stop when asked, but since the rest of the UI is unresponsive, I have to kill it and restart the IJ UI
